ENERGY GYM – WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE MADE
Energy Gym is a professional fitness and training club spanning three floors, created for people who train to achieve real results.
The club features more than 200 different training machines and pieces of professional sports equipment. Its vast open spaces, high ceilings and distinctive old-school style create an authentic training atmosphere. More than 350 people can train at the club at the same time, allowing everyone to complete their workout freely and effectively.
The spacious and comfortable changing rooms are designed to accommodate a high volume of members. The club’s entire infrastructure has been carefully planned so that everyone can change, prepare and train comfortably, even during peak hours.
Four separate specialised training halls are located on the club’s lower-ground floor. They host boxing, kickboxing, MMA, grappling, Zumba, Pilates, Kangoo Jumps, functional training, CrossFit, HYROX, Strongman and dance sessions.
Energy Gym is home to more than 20 professional coaches specialising in different disciplines. Whether someone is entering a gym for the first time or is already a professional athlete, they will find the right conditions, coaching and environment to progress here.
European- and world-level athletes train at our club and prepare here for major competitions. Energy Gym also regularly hosts national and international sporting events, bringing together accomplished athletes and sports communities from Lithuania and abroad.
Energy Gym is built first and foremost for serious training, hard work and results – not for simply passing the time. Discipline, energy and a powerful drive to improve can be felt throughout the club.
Reading about this atmosphere is not enough. You have to experience it for yourself – come in and complete at least one workout here. Then you will understand what we mean.
