1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the GFV / Colossus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Gym Certification
Colossus certification is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. GFV reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification at any time if standards are not maintained.
4. Content and conduct
You are responsible for what you post, including reviews and messages. GFV has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual or violent content, spam or deliberately false reviews. Any member can report a review or block another member in the GFV app, or report content to contact@gfverified.com. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and close the accounts of members who post it. Photos, videos and music you upload must be yours or used with permission: owning your footage does not give you the rights to a song in it, and a licence to play music in your gym does not cover publishing it online. Rights holders can report infringing content to contact@gfverified.com; we act on those reports promptly, remove what infringes, and may remove the ability to upload from accounts that repeat it.
